PROCESS & QUALITY

Quality shaped by the actual product.

Engineering, production, quality, and customer service functions support the relevant stages of a project, from material and process review through manufacturing, testing, and issue follow-up.

QUALITY PLANNING

Agreeing on checks before production.

For each product and intended use, we work with customers to define the applicable process, inspection items, and acceptance approach. The scope of records and test coverage is agreed for the specific job.

QUALITY IN PRACTICE

The checkpoints depend on the work.

A chip processing project and a module assembly project do not use identical checks. The relevant review follows the material and process, with responsibilities and records established for the actual job.

Incoming material

Identity, condition, and required documentation are reviewed against the agreed material scope.

In-process control

The production or processing stage determines which inspections and sample approvals are relevant.

Final acceptance

The handover is assessed against the agreed tests, visual criteria, records, and customer requirements.

OUR OPERATIONS

Our SMT and testing areas.

Our memory module manufacturing process brings together solder paste printing, placement, reflow, AOI, and board separation. For DRAM IC processing, we review the device and agree on the relevant process and checks separately.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Feedback followed through.

Customer service and relevant teams review reported issues, analyze causes, agree on actions, and check the outcome. We value direct communication when a concern arises.
